As all our pieces are handmade with care, we currently do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

Due to the nature of handmade items, all sales are final.
We do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been placed.

Please ensure all order details are correct before checking out.

Repairs & Aftercare

Due to the handmade nature of our jewellery, some pieces may be more delicate, particularly those that involve tugging. If your piece requires repair, we’re happy to help! Contact us at hello@rosecartz.com

Repairs are available up to 8 months from the date of purchase. Customers are responsible for mailing costs to and from us using existing shipping rates.

All repairs are assessed on a case-by-case basis and will be up to the Rosecartz team.

P.S.: Rosecartz is committed to creating enduring pieces. Purchase with ease! Repairs are rarely required.
