By placing an order, you agree to our shipping policy. 

Order Processing Time

Some of our pieces are made-to-order, so a little extra time helps us ensure every piece is carefully crafted just for you.

Orders will be dispatched within 7 business days after payment confirmation.*

After dispatch, shipping time vary:

  • Singapore: 2-4 business days

  • International: 7-30 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal or customs delays beyond our control.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

*This excludes pre-orders. Please refer to the pre-order listing on shipping duration.

Shipping Area & Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once the order has been shipped. Our shipping rates are shown below:

  • Singapore: SGD3

  • Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines: SGD10

  • Australia, New Zealand, and other parts of Asia: SGD15

We are currently not shipping to the EU or USA. 

Customs, Duties & Taxes 

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are determined by local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Refusal to pay custom fees or taxes might lead to parcel disposal by respective customs, to which Rosecartz is not responsible for. 

Check for accurate address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout! We’re unable to replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you have input your address wrongly, immediately reach out to us hello@rosecartz.com.

Missing or lost parcels

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery delays caused by postal services or customs are outside our control. While we’re unable to take responsibility for lost mail, we’re always happy to help where we can.
