Shipping Time

Some of our pieces are made-to-order, so a little extra time helps us ensure every piece is carefully crafted just for you.

Orders will be dispatched in 2-7 business days after payment confirmation.*

After dispatch, shipping requires:

  • Singapore: 2-4 business days
  • International: 7-30 business days

Returns, Refunds & Repairs

As all our pieces are handmade with care, we currently do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

We do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been placed. Please ensure all order details are correct before checking out!

Repairs & Aftercare

Due to the handmade nature of our jewellery, some pieces may be more delicate, particularly those that involve tugging. If your piece requires repair, we’re happy to help! Contact us at hello@rosecartz.com

Repairs are available up to 8 months from the date of purchase. Customers are responsible for mailing costs to and from us using existing shipping rates.

All requests for repairs are assessed on a case-by-case basis and will be up to the Rosecartz team.

Product Care

To keep your piece looking its best, here are a few easy care tips.

  • Our pieces are lovingly handmade and delicate by nature. Please avoid harsh pulling or overstretching to avoid breakage. 

  • To preserve quality, reduce contact with water. If your piece gets wet, gently pat it dry right away. Remove before exercise or bath.

My tracking number is "not found". What does that mean?

If your tracking number shows that it is "not found", the parcel is likely in transit.
Your parcel is sent recently and still processing. Please check again on the next business day!
